We met Nicole while your team was selling the home on Ard Eevin. As someone who grew up in the Brockmont neighborhood, I had my heart set on North Glendale, and more specifically, that little charming pocket I knew so well. If I'm being honest, at that time, we were a few months into our search, had written a number of offers, and were not at all loyal to one agent in particular. I know that we were the kind of client agents hate. My husband will also add that I am extremely picky and will spot lots of things I hate about a home right away. Nicole is much kinder and calls me a "sophisticated buyer". We had a long list of "must-haves" and a long list of deal breakers. Nicole took the time to understand us as buyers and get a feel for what we really wanted out of our home. She was assertive, positive, and on top of it. She was just what we needed in this wild market and stuck by us through the many ups and downs. There were moments we wanted to quit or take a break from all the madness, but Nicole would nudge us along and keep our spirits up, assuring us that the perfect home for us was out there. As we moved on from Ard Eevin and began writing other offers, we were so impressed by how easily Nicole developed a great rapport with the seller's agents, and always got us a counter when we were really interested in a home. When it came time to write offers, we were so confident Nicole would get what was needed done for us, no matter what the circumstances, and what hoops the seller's agents would throw at us. Realtors love to tell you to keep an open mind, and that there are things you will need to compromise on. Our story is not a story of open-minded compromise. I'm happy to say that our story is about finding the home that checks all the boxes, for a killer deal, with a little bit of patience, and a superstar agent. We quite literally got everything we wanted, and we're about 3 blocks away from my childhood home. It's hard to express how special that is for me. We could not be more grateful to Nicole and those on your team who made it possible for us to find our dream home.
